It's only Tuesday, and we have already run the gamut of educational highs and lows. Just yesterday, he was kicking and screaming in absolute, all-out refusal to go to school. Today, he ran ahead to get on the bus, played his first game of "Duck Duck Goose", and a few minutes ago (at home) read what I'll record as his first sentence. Like, picked up the book, looked at the back, and read out the words "Can you help him find out where it's coming from?"
I know Aunt Natalie is smiling right now. :-)
