Meet Elizabeth MacMillan Connell, otherwise known as Betsy. She was born at 5:52 p.m. on October 20th (way to go, Marcy and Shae!) weighing 7 pounds, 9 ounces and measuring 20 inches long. She has chubby little cheeks and light-ish, reddish hair!
So far, she's a very content little girl -- she has spent most of her short life so far sound asleep. We're trying to get some sleep, too, while we can. John is at home with Nana and will get to meet her in the morning.
Thanks to everyone for your prayers and good wishes. Bear with us as we return calls and emails -- we're excited to talk to you all, and we're looking forward to showing her off soon!
