10 at 10

Ten little tidbits about Betsy, who hit the 10-week mark this week:

1. A timely weight -- 10 lbs, 10 oz.
2. Her eyelashes have tripled in length and started to curl. Good luck, Daddy.
3. She has started to coo and giggle, usually when playing with Daddy.
4. She is adored by her brother, who now calls her "My Betsy."
5. She seems to be very tolerant of cold weather -- she does not get this from me.
6. Naps are short and optional, unless they occur in someone's arms, in which case she does not want to wake up.
7. She has more shoes than I do.
8. Her hair is still red, and her eyes are still blue.
9. Favorite things -- bath time, bouncy seats, and the star on her play gym.
10. Ten hours of sleep last night!
