Technically, we have half a day in Shanghai before we board our flight, but I'm calling it -- the countdown until we're back on Texas soil is now in the single digits.
Nine days until we are home with family, friends, the English language. Enjoing Shiner Bock and salsa. Oh, and Sonic ice, NBC, Redeemer Pres, air conditioning, Chuy's, a free press, Target, driving, HEB. Did I mention the English language?
And yes, I know it's going to be hot. But I don't care, because I'll be in Texas.
Can't wait.
