Tex Mex in Shanghai!

A few weeks ago, some friends from church treated us to a little taste of home -- Peter's Tex Mex! This sweet family is from Georgetown and they were the very first people we met on our first Sunday at church. They have two boys in high school who love Chuy's, and they figured that we were probably missing chips and salsa. So, we made the trek out to Hong Qiao for quesadillas, burritos, guacamole, and even Dr. Pepper! The kids were pretty tired after a long day, but John was so excited when he saw the outline of Texas on the restaurant's sign. Lori took this picture of us on the porch -- I guess this is our first family picture in Shanghai...
